    The diamond tread aluminum sheet is of wide range of uses. It can be mainly used in the following major fields, such as: lighting, solar reflector, building exterior, interior decoration, furniture, cabinets, elevators, signs, nameplates, automobile interior and exterior decoration, interior decoration, aerospace and military, such as China’s current large aircraft manufacturing, mechanical parts processing, mold manufacturing, etc.

    According to the aluminum alloy, high-purity aluminum plates( over 99.9% aluminum), aluminum alloy plate including aluminum-copper, aluminum-manganese, aluminum-silicon, aluminum-magnesium, etc., and composite aluminum plate or aluminum welded plate.
    According to the thickness, aluminum tread plate can be divided into thin aluminum plates, medium plates, thick plates, ultra-thick plates, etc. The common patterns include one bar, three bar, five bar, orange peel,etc. The common alloys are 1060, 3003, 5052, 5754, 6061, 6063, 6082, and the thickness is usually 0.8-7.0mm.
    Compass aluminum plate: It has same anti-skid performance with the 5 bar aluminum plate, but it is not often used.
    Lentil-shaped aluminum tread plate: It is mainly used for carriage, platform, cold storage floor, workshop floor, elevator,etc.
    Orange peel aluminum diamond plate: Its appearance resembles orange peel patter. It is widely used in refrigerators, air conditioners, and packaging,etc.
    The spherical aluminum tread sheet: The surface presents a small spherical pattern, like a small natural pearl. It is mainly used in the outer packaging box. Because of the unique pattern, the compressive strength of this pattern is much higher than other patterns under the same alloy.
    5 bar aluminum plate: It is the most widely used aluminum plate. Each line pattern presents an angle of 60-80 degrees between the other patterns. It has the most outstanding anti-skid performance.
