After you have received your order of embossed diamond plate sheets we suggest taking all of the sheets out of the box. Next, take the sheets out of the box and lay them flat. Then you will want to roll each sheet in the direction going against and existing memory in the diamond plate sheet. Rolling the sheets against their memory may be easiest when done with the help of another person, and remember to wear necessary safety gear including eye, skin, and hand protection. By rolling each sheet in the opposite direction of how you received it, you should easily take out a majority of any memory that may have occurred during shipment. If your diamond plate sheets need additional flattening after the reverse roll, we suggest laying your diamond plate sheets with the PVC coating faced down on a flat area. Once your diamond plate is laying flat, we suggest placing up to 300 LBS of evenly distributed weight to your diamond plate sheets for 48-72 hours.
