Hot rolled diamond plate materials is generally better than cold rolled diamond plate. Because hot rolled materials have uniform microstructure, with less defects and cracks.

Cold rolled material have lots of micro defectives and cracks resulting in tendency in cracking when bending. All of our products are hot-rolled for maximum product quality.
